Can I Get a Sample Swatch?
Yes. Simply go to the product page of the fabric you'd like to receive a sample of and click the "Get Swatch" button, then click the pink Add to Cart button. This will add a swatch to your cart for .75 Cents per swatch.
In What Quantity is Fabric and Trim Sold?
All of our fabric is priced by the yard and you can purchase as little as a half yard. To purchase a half yard, simply check the box "Put a half yard in the cart" and then click the pink Add to Cart button. For a yard and a half, you click the Fabric box, then select "1" for the quantity and then check the box "Put a half yard in the cart and then click the pink Add to Cart button. It will show as two separate products in the shopping cart but it will be cut in a continuous single piece. All trims and elastics are sold by the yard.
Can I Buy Less Than One Yard of Fabric?
Yes! You can purchase online by simply checking the box "Put a half yard in the cart" and then click the pink Add to Cart button. If you are interested in remnant pieces of fabric, also feel free to check out our bargains section where we have remnants, bonanza boxes, and more!
I Didn't Receive my Order Confirmation Email. What happened?
First check your spam folder to make sure it didn't land there by mistake. If it isn't there, perhaps it was entered in wrong when you placed the order. Simply use our Contact Form to ask if that is the case if you checked out as a guest.
I am having trouble adding the quantity I want? What am I doing wrong?
It is possible the quantity you want is not available. I can certainly check for you. Another possibility, is the yardage part of the listing is sold out but there may still be 1/2 yards available. Simply check the box "Put a half yard in the cart" and then click the pink Add to Cart button until it tells you no more stock is available.
The Fabric I Love Is Out Of Stock. Will You Be Getting It Back In Soon?
Our fabrics tend to sell out fast. We try to reorder popular fabrics to the greatest extent possible, but some of the fabrics are not reorderable. If you are interested in a particular fabric that is out of stock, feel free to e-mail us and ask about it–we'll tell you if & when it will be back in stock and reorderability. You can also ask us to notify you when it is back in stock (that way you can get the first crack at nabbing it when it is refilled), or can Special Order it if you need it right away!
I Don't Feel Comfortable Ordering Online–Is There Some Other Way I Can Pay?
Absolutely. You can pay by credit card over the telephone. We will confirm availability at the time of your phone call, before we charge your card.
Can I Use Coupon Codes With Other Coupon Codes or On Sale Items?
Our cart only accepts one coupon code per order. However, you can use coupon codes on sale items that have already been discounted in the store.
Will You Combine Shipping on Multiple Purchases?
We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases made by the same customer–we want to help you as much as we can during these difficult economic times, and often times combining purchases can help you hit the $125 free shipping mark! Please let us know via email that you are planning on making more than one purchase, and would like us to combine shipping. We will hold your package and send it along with your next order. If you would like both packages held for a 3rd order, be sure to write us a new email, explaining to wait on shipping so that we can combine the first 2 packages with the third order, and repeat the process for each additional order you would like held. Please pay for shipping at the time of your purchase–shipping charges will be combined and overages refunded at the time the orders are shipped out to ensure accuracy.
Will You Hold My Fabric For Me?
If requested, we can hold fabric to accommodate life events (moves, trips, illness, etc.) once it has been paid for and packaged.
My order says it was delivered but it wasn't. What do I do?
If you do not receive your order, please check your tracking number first and contact your local postal office or carrier that was used to ship your order. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by USPS, UPS, or a third party forwarding service. If you believe your package was stolen, contact your local police department. If it is confirmed that your package was lost by the carrier, The Fabric Fairy will resend or refund your order.
I am an international customer. Why am being charged duty/taxes?
We are required by law to remit duty/taxes to the country we are shipping the order to. By paying the duty/taxes now, you will not be asked to pay duty/taxes when your package gets delivered.
Can you send me a Paper Catalog?
Due to us being a small business and inventory turning over fast, we are not able to offer a printed catalog at this time.
