Shipping policy
We know that when you order your fabric, you want to have it in your hands right away so you can begin creating with it! At The Fabric Fairy, we make it a priority to try to get your order shipped out to you within 2-3 business days of your placing it. At some times we are busier than others, so we can't guarantee that it will always be 2-3 business days, but we do our best to ship all orders out to you within that time frame, excluding weekends and holidays. If you would like SAME DAY shipping, meaning we would cut and ship your order the same day the order is received, simply add our Same Day Shipping option to your order When you purchase this Same Day Shipping upgrade, we will ship your order PRIORITY MAIL or UPS Ground.
We ship using the United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fed Ex. All domestic United States orders that total $125 or more after any discounts have been taken and before shipping has been applied ship FREE anywhere in the United States! For our domestic United States customers whose purchases don't qualify for free shipping, we offer a discounted scale of flat rate shipping fees. We ship these orders using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS Ground:

International shipping is calculated at checkout, and we charge only the actual shipping costs and the duty/taxes we are required to remit to your country.
We ship internationally using UPS or DHL and only charge actual shipping and the duty and/or taxes required by your country. Please note that we will not check the "gift" box on the customs form or underestimate the value of package contents to help you avoid customs fees. Should a package be delayed in transit once we have conveyed it to the carrier, we will assist you to help track it and if it is lost by the carrier (DHL/UPS) we will either resend the order or refund you.
When you are checking out, you will see both the shipping charge and the duty/taxes due so there are no surprises when your package is delivered.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note that Canada requires a customs brokerage account for UPS shipments. The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) requires that the importer (the receiver of the shipment) officially designates a customs broker who can act on their behalf. The importer (the person receiving the package in Canada) is ultimately responsible for ensuring the shipment clears customs properly and that the designated broker has the necessary authority. UPS has a network of customs brokers in Canada that can help facilitate the smooth clearance of your shipments and we recommend going to UPS website to set up a brokerage account before ordering.
